16 JUNE 2010 Questions answered...
Below is a series of questions regarding the 'Phantom Force' series collected over time and
answered by 'Kriss Ellis-stansfield, including the wereabouts of long awaited episode
'The Mystery of mont morin'.
Episode II has been a long time coming, Why such a long wait?
Previous to production on Phantom Force i was often hired to work on various video
productions through my own small business, 'Stansfilm'. Due to being paid for these
jobs i had to put them before 'Phantom Force', and unfortunately i was up to my eyeballs
with a list of work to finish when we began production on this series.
The original idea was to film the entire series and then edit them one after another....
once i had completed my work.
'Episode I' was the exception as we wanted to get an episode online to see if there
was an interest in what we were doing and whether it was worth spending alot of time
and money creating this series.
The interest in that one episode turned out to be well beyond our expectations.
It was a huge success.
Despite this, i have still had to finish my jobs in order to then dedicate all my concentration
on this series. We have continued to shoot the series over three years but unfortunately
post production has been non existent until the begining of this year.
We are now nearing the end of production on 'The mystery of mont morin' and hope to
have it online
by the end of July.
Following this, the first two episodes will be released on DVD, before editing of
'Episode III' begins.
It is very close now, i promise!
What can we expect from 'Episode II' ?
Lets put it this way.... if you've seen 'Episode I' then you haven't seen anything yet !
One of the great things with the delay on production was that i've had plenty of time to think
and learn. 'Mont Morin' slightly more establishes the direction in which we wish to take
the series. It is a much bigger episode with higher production values. There is also a style
to this episode that i haven't seen done before.
I'm very confident that people are going to love it.
The past few years have seen a rise in online paranormal programs. Does this worry you?
Not at all. It's not a competition.
I'm friends with several people involved in their own productions.
We tend to have a mutual respect for each other. I'm always happy to offer help and advice
and the same applies from their end.
Do you worry that people may try to copy you?
At this time, 'No'. We only have one episode online and already people have attempted
to
copy various things... however, for the most part i find it kind of flattering. It hopefully means
we are doing our job right.
The first episode was mainly showing the basics for the series. Our second episode
'The Mystery of Mont Morin' is really where things begin as far as i'm concerned.
There are alot of very original things to see, which, if copied by others will be pretty obvious.
So get your own ideas you naughty lot !!
What is 'Phantom Force Presents' ?
'Phantom Force Presents' are a collection of films produced by 'Phantom Force', but
not part of our series. They are usually films produced for people who have asked us
for help creating their own personal films or that have been created to help raise money
for charity.
To date, we have shot two of these films.... 'Richard Felix Investigates the Chambercombe Ghosts'
(which is now available on DVD to buy in our SHOP) and
'Richard Felix Investigates The Cavalier Ghosts'.
A third film, 'Richard Felix Investigates The Rougemont Ghosts' will be shot shortly,
followed soon by the first 'Philip Solomon Investigates' film and various other productions.
Is it true that 'Amie Jones' from the 'Afterlife' series was sacked?
There were various reasons why 'Amie' left this series. She will however still be present
up until episode 4 of the first series. Much of the reason will be apparent from the episodes.
However, we will offer an online explanation at that time.
Is it true that you create this series from your own pockets?
Yes. It is all our own time and money that goes into the making of 'Phantom Force'.
Can anyone be involved in the series as a guest?
Yes, we're happy to involve pretty much anyone in the series where possible.
We tend to get alot of people asking to be involved and due to this we usually have to make a
decision on who to invite and who not to. But this is purely because, the number of people
wanting to get involved exceeds the number of episodes we shoot each year.
Quite often we'll still try to find a way of getting as many people involved as possible, but
it gets more difficult as we go on.
Will 'Phantom Force' reach T.V?
I'd like to think so. There are many shows already on T.V claiming to be 'something new'
or 'completely different to other paranormal programs'..... is it just me, because i think
they all seem very similar to each other?
I believe that with 'Phantom Force' we truly do have something different, in so many ways.
We are not a one trick pony. Each episode of this series offers something different...
different guests, different subjects and a style unlike any other paranormal series.
As far as i'm concerned, we have the next generation in paranormal T.V.
Will you be shooting another series next year (2011)?
Once we've wrapped up series 3, we'll be taking time out to catch up on the
editing. Plus making a decision on where to take the series next.
There is a forth series on paper (called 'Phantom Force: Ressurected), but we'll
see what happens.
One thing is for sure, whether it reaches T.V or remains online, we aim to take
a different route with any further series. But at this time, i can say no more.
Stay tuned.

two years within the planets and more so within ourselves. More wars, fearing one
another and a lack of trust and level of uncertainty between the US, China and Korea.
I also predict the coming of another Tsunami, thats my prediction (I hope I am wrong).
But through these events, I truly believe we will pull together and unit as one towards
